Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received IT - unworn with tags and in the original packaging. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
To start a return, email us at bootsandbowschildrens@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. We will then give you the return address a long with further instructions. Once your return is received/inspected, you will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Please note: pre-orders and customized items are NOT eligible for return!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Personalized items cannot be returned.
Pre-order items cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Returns will be refunded to you in the form of store credit. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. Once this is done, you will receive a store credit for your purchase.
